You are not answering my questions I'm asking can turbo see the status of my return I pay you guys for the keep track of my refund I'm trying to see what is your job title for me

Actually you don't.   TT does not receive any updates (nor is it entitled to do so) once your return has been Accepted for processing by the government.  In that sense, it is no different than if you had filed by mail (the USPS doesn't know what the IRS is doing with your return).  You must check the IRS website.

You do not list your job title on your tax return. The program asks you for your occupation, but that is for IRS statistical purposes, and for TT to ask appropriate follow up questions.  The IRS also sometimes use this as part of its overall review, such as if you indicate that you are a  full time student, but then also claim wages of $200,000.
