Do the IRS count weekend as days too.
Are the weekend included in the 21 days.
The IRS FAQ page says 21 calendar days. That would be every day including weekends and holidays. 9 times out of 10 most people will receive their refund within this timeframe. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288568
