Do I need to file an Oklahoma Tax Return?

This is the situation:  I lived in Oklahoma for part of 2023, made $0 income, and then moved to Oregon, where I began a job and started making income in Oregon.  From my understanding, I am not actually required to file taxes in Oklahoma since I made absolutely no money while I was in Oklahoma, and made no income from Oklahoma sources after I left Oklahoma.  Correct?  Wrong?

Correct.   If you had no income while living in OK you do not need to file an OK tax return.  You need to file a federal return and an OR return.
