Do I need to amend my return?

I received a 1099-MISC that I was not anticipating. The income that is being claimed is $21.63. I am unsure whether or not I need to amend, and if so if there is any way of doing this without upgrading my TurboTax.

just let it go.  there is no need to amend a return for this low amount.
