If it is a card you already had previously, yes. You would have to obtain the account number and routing number assigned to the card for direct deposit purposes. If its a card you just ordered this year when you filed, there is nothing else you need to do. The refund will appear on the card once the funds are released.

How do I sign up for direct deposit
If this is the first time I use a TurboTax card do I have to have direct deposit receive my federal taxes on my card
Thank you
How do I find out if the tax money was sent to my card
To find out if your refund was sent to your card yet, you would need to track your Federal refund on the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status
Note: You will need your social security number, filing status, and refund amount in order to track your refund.
Be sure when checking Where’s My Federal Refund? site that you are entering only your Federal refund amount. This can be found on your Federal form 1040, line 21a. If you paid any fees out of your federal refund, use the refund figure prior to the deduction of he fees. Also if you filed joint, be sure to enter the filers name that appears first on the return.
Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit funds into your account.
