Do I have to file an amended state return if my Federal amendment did not affect the amount owed/due to the state?

All I changed to federal was to add the personal exemption for myself. It does not seem to have affected the state return

If amending the federal didn't cause additional refund or tax due on your state, you don't have to amend the states
