Do I have to file a amended return if the corrected 1099-Div didn't change my refund amount?

Hi All, I just received a corrected 1099 form for my brokerage account that added $14.33 to Box 5 of the Dividend page (Section 199A dividends). I already filed so I went into Turbotax and added the amount and it didn't change my refund or return. In this case, do I need to file a amended return? I've never done one on Turbotax and don't even know what it costs (I use the download version from costco). Thanks!

The correct answer would be yes you need to report your return accurately and that would require an amended return.

However, I would wait until the IRS accepts your return.  They will probably catch the error and you may receive a letter.  If you do then you can respond.  Since it is does not affect your Taxable amount they may not worry with it.
