Do I have to attach my NR4 forms to my return or do I just hold on to them incase I'm audited?

If you e-filed you do not have to send anything in unless you are prompted to do so, you should just file them in case of an audit.

If you opted to mail in your return, then you would mail that form in with your return but make a copy for your records.
