Do I have to amend my state return if I amend my federal return? (Oklahoma)

I'm editing the box that states I can be claimed as a dependent to I CANNOT be claimed. I was not claimed and am not editing any numeric categories on either return. I didn't see a need to edit my state return but Turbo Tax automatically suggests I amend my State return and won't allow me to only amend federal. According to the explanation for some reason I have to submit my amended returns physically in Oklahoma ( if I understood correctly?). Last I heard the IRS wasn't accepting hard copy returns so how am I supposed to do this? 1. I don't even need an amended state return and 2. This state block would make it impossible to file my amended federal.

Of course you can amend the fed only just skip the state tab ... then in the FILE tab choose to mail in the return ... an amended return CANNOT be efiled.  Print, ink sign and mail in the return as directed in the filing instructions that print with the 1040X.
