No one on this page can tell if you filed an extension. If you e-filed it through TurboTax, you should have gotten an email regarding the acceptance.

If you filed an extension to delay the filing of your exempt organization's tax return, then you should include this form with the return when it is filed. This will eliminate late filing fees if you are meeting the extension date.
