I have filed my tax return and already received my refund. My husband's employer sent a corrected W2 (received after filed) and the only difference is in Box 12. It is Code C and the amount increased by 38.88. That is the only difference from the original. I realize this is tied to employer benefits (I think it is our vision insurance?); however it does not change our bottom line. Do I still need to file an amended return?

No.
The IRS says that you need to amend if:
The tax tables change every $50, so that is likely reason that the $38.88 did not change your bottom line.
