Hello, I received an email this morning for a discount. However, I just filed my yesterday. I feel that it’s been less than day, I should be able to somehow apply it. IRS doesn’t start on them until tmw.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Was it a discount for the Online version or for the Desktop CD/Download program?   I got an email today for $25 off the Desktop program.   That won't apply to the Online version.   If it was for the Online version, I believe the online prices already had the discount included.  They just want you to file before the price goes up to full price.
