Direct deposit

My return was supposed to be direct deposited March 19th. I checked my return and it said it couldn't be and my check would be mailed. I've filed before with turbo tax before and my bank info hasn't changed. I checked my account and routing #, both are correct.

Did your status on Where's My Refund show the refund as approved and sent? If the status does show sent it can take a few days for the funds to be released by the IRS and posted by your bank to your account.  Please see this IRS FAQ https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions under:

We’ve approved your refund. We are preparing to send your refund to your bank or directly to you in the mail. This status will tell you when we will send the refund to your bank (if you selected the direct deposit option). Please wait 5 days after we’ve sent the refund to check with your bank about your refund, since banks vary in how and when they credit funds.

It didn't  answer my question. My return still hasn't been deposited into my account. My account and routing #s are correct.

Have you tries contacting your bank to make sure that all information matched? Sometimes they are really specific. You may want to double check to make sure nothing else has changed for example if savings account was accidentally selected and it is really a checking account some banks will not accept it (even if it is the correct account and routing number) and send it back. If they IRS stated that they would be mailing you a paper check then you should be receiving it soon. If not refer to the link below for assistance with contacting the IRS.
