Didn't get my full refund

I was supposed to get 2888 and only got 2300

If the IRS reduced the amount of your refund they will send you a letter explaining why they changed the refund and want you can do if you do not accept the changes.  It usually takes up to 2 weeks for the letter to be sent.  The IRS is the only one that can provide that information.
