And if you have a SSA1099---that has to be keyed in by hand.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

You do not mention what other documents you tried to enter---so we do not know where to tell you to look.
