Did not recirve full refund

Hi I filed through turbotax and did not get the full refund I filed for on turbotax. I tried calling but the automated system did not let me talk to an agent. Please fix it.

If the IRS changed your return they will mail you a letter in a couple weeks saying what they changed.    How much is missing? Check 1040 line 30.   A common reason this year is if you tried to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit (for the 3rd Stimulus 1,400 per person) when the IRS already sent it to you. Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more. Not the amount you already got.

No one can see your account.   TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return, so no one at TurboTax knows that your refund was reduced or why.   You will get a letter from the IRS that explains why they reduced your refund.

$1600 is missing.

I only went with turbotax because it was getting me a bigger refund. Otherwise I would have went with a cheaper option.

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
