Please see this Help Article for information as to why your refund was less than expected.
If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to contact TPG for additional information. They are one who handles your refund if you elected to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.
I have the same issue (and I don't owe the government any monies) but they kept 2/3 (not sure if the IRS did it or TGP, since I can't reach either one). This is very frustrating - let me know if you have any luck and I'll share my findings too.

What does the IRS website for a federal tax refund indicate for the amount that was sent - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
I called and never received any letter stating the IRS adjusted my refund and when I spoke to a specialist for intuit she denied any issues I was having I’m very disappointed!
I know for a fact many people are having these issues , I did not have any tax adjustments made by the IRS and I can’t get through to anyone.to fix this issue
Quick update - TPG received the reduced amount from the IRS so my beef is with the IRS. Of course, I can't get through (the standard "we're too busy so call another time because we don't want your message") because the line simply disconnects after it says they are too busy to take your call and don't offer voicemail, or redirection of any kind. Just "we're busy so call another time".
