Did not receive full refund!

Hello,

I have seen this happening to many people. I contacted the IRS and got nothing from them. I tried contacting Turbo tax and got nothing from them. I am missing a portion of my refund. Can anyone help if they experienced the same issue and got it resolved? I watched a video online of a girl this happened to with over 10,000 comments that is is happening to people. She explained that the president of intuit helped her get it resolved, but was this because she was seen and heard on a public platform? What about everyone else?
