Did not mark as being claimed as dependent

As I was filling out my return, I checked the box saying I could be claimed as a dependent, but did not check the box that I actually was being claimed as a dependent. I should have, since my parent is claiming me as a dependent on their form. However, my return was accepted; do I still need to take action? If so, how do I re-file?

No, allow your return to process and your parent's return to process. As long as you entered you "could be claimed" and your parents actually claim you the return calculations should be correct.
