Did IRS send out the quarrtly printed vouch to you instead you rpint it out yourself ?

we usually print out the 1040 form our self but this year before we file the return the IRS send it to us , is this usual ?

They do send them out to people ...that isn't unusual.  You can use their vouchers/envelopes, or the ones that you print out yourself, either ones work.
