Did anyone get a pending deposit notification for your stimulus check?

First remember that scammers are rampant so do NOT click on any links sent in an unsolicited email  and if you do NEVER give out any personal information.  The IRS will NOT send any emails.  They WILL send a letter in the mail  (abou 15 days AFTER they send the money )  reporting when and how the payment was sent with instructions on how to follow up if you did not receive the money.

That said ... who sent the email ?

A lot of my friends have a pending deposit most for 1200.00 but I have TurboTax pre paid card and do not see anything. Most of them Direct deposit into their bank accounts. Also on the intuit turbo app and website you can’t search for pending deposits

Others on other threads in this forum have posted successful DD to turbotax cards by GreenDot in this early testing batch the IRS just did.
