If you wish to delete a form, you can do the following:
- Log into your account; click on Take Me to My Return if it doesn't come up automatically
- Next, click on My Account on the top of the screen
- Then click on Tools and select Delete a Form
- Scroll through the list of forms and when you find the form you wish to delete, click Delete next to it
- It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
- The form will be deleted
