Delete a form /make a correction

If you wish to delete a form, you can do the following: 

• Log into your account; click on Take Me to My Return if it doesn't come up automatically
• Next, click on My Account on the top of the screen
• Then click on Tools and select Delete a Form
• Scroll through the list of forms and when you find the form you wish to delete, click Delete next to it
• It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
• The form will be deleted
