I still have not received my prepaid debit card from you all in which is how I selected to receive my refund. What is the hold up on that?

If it has been longer than 10 business days since you filed your tax return and you selected your direct deposit with the Turbo Visa Debit Card (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days) you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to request a replacement card.
