I've filed my taxes they were accepted, the IRS web site said it was deposited in an account I know nothing about. Called turbo tax and got a runaround. I need to know where my refund is at.

    Your refund will be deposited into the account listed in the refund section of your tax return. If no account is listed, it is possible that you requested your refund be deposited in to a prepaid Turbo Visa debit card. Did you verify the account information that is entered on your return?

    No it didn't give me an option at all.

    Please see the steps below for more information on retrieving your refund option:

    1. Open your return if it's not already open.
    2. On the Tax Home screen with the amount of your refund and status, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we're not adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets.
    3. In the left menu, select Tax Tools then Print Center.
    4. On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year's return.
    5. On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2019 federal returns and Include Government and TurboTax Worksheets (optional), then select View or Print Forms.
    6. The information will be on the first page, Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2019 Federal Tax Return next to Balance Due/Refund.

    I never received my debit card what should I do ?? It’s been 3 weeks

    If it has been more than 10 business days since you signed up for the card (remember holidays and weekends do not count as business days), please call  toll-free at (888) 285-4169  to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you.
