Credit Karma refund advance

Just wondering is anyone’s had this same problem. 
I was approved for the credit karma refund advance, I got my funds in my credit karma spending account and used my funds. A week later I get a email that my account was being closed with no explanation as to why! I had that account for years before the refund advance. Now I don’t know how I’m getting the other half of my refund. I’ve contacted credit karma support and they complain ignore everything  saying. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Only Credit Karma would be able to provide assistance with why they closed your account. You can contact them via their Contact Us link.

I would try to call them back, as someone would have information on why they closed it.

I did I spoke with them 3 times and it’s like they are completely avoiding the issue and keep telling me they are sorry it appears we are unable to create a account at this time and they were unable to verify my personal information. I’ve explained multiple times that I had my spending account with them for maybe 4-5 years and already. She directed me to call turbo tax. This is just disappointing and very frightening and frustrating to know the rest of my money is due to deposit into that account on the 23rd and now no way to get it,  and  absolutely zero explanation whatsoever of why my accounts was closed.

If the direct deposit cannot happen, then the refund will be converted to a paper check mailed to the address on the return.

Yes, I let them open an account when I done my taxes. /a month later theu finally send a card and theres not way to activated it. I've gone in circles. I\m tired of it, I want to know where to report them, I need my 1,700.00??
