Credit karma close my account without any explanation. But my taxes are supposed to be deposited into that account. What do I do?

They have to have the capability to re-open the accounts. I have a recorded conversation with the rep at credit karma who stated that she could see my $1000 refund advance deposit in my account- that she just told

me was closed. She confirmed credit karma still has access to the account which seems highly unethical to accept deposits into a closed account.

After days on the phone with credit karma they claim they have mailed out a check with my $1000 advance that was deposited into the account they locked me out of. They say I should have it in 7-10 buisiness days, not sure I believe it though.

Same here they closed over 50,009 accounts a year early mine to they need to be sued!!!

Just wanted to also say that, after +3yrs Credit Karma closed my spend account and couldn't tell me why all the sudden. It was frozen first and no one told me why then, 2 weeks later they closed it. After they closed it no one could tell me why or who to talk too. In the middle of our online chat they disconnected me. I will NEVER trust them with my money EVER again.

Yes. They mailed me a check 2 weeks after my direct deposit date. I spent hours on the phone with credit karma and mvb bank, none of the employees had a clue what was going on or have an explanation on why the closed the account. I’ll never use another intuit product I don’t even use Quickbooks for my business anymore. Done with them after that situation.

I’m in the same situation this year, closed my account before my refund came.  And didn’t reject the refund. They said they will mail it to me, and I still don’t have it.
