Credit card payment for e-file state return doesn't go through

I select paying for e-file state return with my credit card but it doesn't go through. I keep receiving "Try Again" message. What should I do?

If you have a VPN, then you might try without the VPN if you can safely do so; i.e., on your own private network and not at a public wi-fi place.   But you shouldn't be filing a tax return with public wi-fi anyway IMO.
