Crashed can mean many things. If the disk drive is OK, you can remove the disk drive from the broken computer and install it in another computer. Most desktop systems have room for at least two disk drives. If this is a laptop, you may have to find a USB connector to the type of interface on you disk drive. A laptop will be more difficult. You may need professional help removing it. Once installed on another compatible system (Mac or Windows), you should be able to access all the data on your disk drive.
