What does CP05 really mean and how soon will I get my money? Now I owe turbo tax and can’t afford to pay them

I have the same problem! I did my taxes and never clicked upgrade so I assumed it was for free but at the end they said it would be $125 to file so I chose to just take it from my refund instead of starting over some place else and now they sent me a bill because my taxes are being reviewed by the IRS 😡
