CP05 notice and still waiting
I filed my taxes back on Feb 12th (and accepted) then got a CP05 notice at the end of March saying they needed more time to review. I know the IRS is behind, but since then I haven heard nothing. I check the website often and still says processing. I got a copy of my 2020 IRS account transcript and it shows no activity after April 15th with the overall account balance showing an estimated refund. Should I just keep waiting? Or contact someone, if so how... cause calling does not work.

The IRS is way behind in processing returns.

not to worry. the IRS has your return. millions of taxpayers are in a similar situation. nothing you can do will speed up the refund. at the present even trying to get through to a live agent is an exercise in futility. a transcript doesn't show up for a couple of weeks after the return is fully processed.
