I received a 2nd check for my 2019 state tax return because the first check was not correct. I received an additional 1099G in 2021 for this 2019 refund correction. I am preparing my 2021 tax return now and don't know how to handle this 1099G which reads "2021 Statement for Recipients of Certain Government Payments". Do I just add a second 1099G in the State Refund section? Thank you for any advice!

Yes. You would have to input both 1099-G's on your tax return.
Please follow these instructions to enter your state refunds:
Thank you! When I do that, I am asked to enter "total amount withheld" and if I enter the total from my 2019 state tax return, it causes crazy numbers in the calculated estimated return box at the top of the screen. Not sure what value to put in 'total amount withheld'.
You should enter $0. This box is to report any Income Tax Withholding reported on the 1099-G. Since this is an additional refund payment, it does not have any tax withholding reported with it.
