Confusing and clunky to use.

I see many mistakes and confusing issues when I use TurboTax.
I'm not a tax expert, so I want it to be easy to understand.
It will tell you something is wrong, but it won't show you the location of the problem.
I want clear and simple explanations of what I need to enter and why. Screen captures would help.
Sometimes TurboTax didn't know about a form that I had to enter. It should understand all of my STATE forms.
In one case, it asked for a single number when my form had a,b,c,d for that number!

The duplication is horrible. It will circle you through the same things again and again and again.

Yep, when one is not experienced with tax software...they should start in early March so that they have plenty of time ask questions about things they don't understand about the software...thus getting experience in the software they are attempting.

I stated six problems with TurboTax, and your answer was to start early. 

I think TurboTax should correct all six problems for 2027.
