Confused about final number

My turbo fee was $230. My fed refund was 4972$. But the final amount ended up being $4472, I didn’t pay state from this so where did the $200+ go to?

Do you owe the state?  At the end Turbo Tax shows you the net federal and state combined, but it's just for your own info.
