Trying to efile state, cannot find where to pay fee on turbotax site, lots of rubbish on the site, nothing useful, and yes I'm logged in?

Complete the FILE tab from the beginning ...

Step 1 ... pay TT fees

Step 2 ... figure out how to pay balance due or get refund

Step 3 ... choose to efile or mail in return.
