Colorado return completed with TurboTax 1 Feb 2024 but still not received 20 Feb 2024

My Colorado tax return has still not been received by Colorado (status on their website is "Not Filed"; it is not listed as Pending with Colorado).

Per the TurboTax Electronic Filing History report, the only timestamp is it having been received by TurboTax on 1 Feb 2024. There is no timestamp of it having been sent to or received by Colorado.

When will TurboTax actually be sending the tax returns to Colorado? There are numerous posts in here with roundabout thoughts/theories, but no clear answers by actual TurboTax employees. It would be nice for someone who actually works for TurboTax, and has actual knowledge about the Colorado state return problems, to provide a definitive answer to the numerous questions by people about "did TurboTax actually send the files?"

Colorado has advised taxpayers to give 2 weeks from the 12th before they start checking the status of their refund.  They have a backlog due to so many people filing returns prior to them being prepared to accept the returns.  Colorado State Tax Return Delay

Basically, this means that TurboTax, along with every other Tax software company, put every one's CO return in the "electronic mailbox"  CO was not totally ready and so the "mailbox" is clogged up because they had over a months worth of "mail" in their box waiting for them that came in all at the same time from probably half of the 2.5 million people who file returns in CO through different tax software programs.  So, they keep having to unjam the "electronic mailbox" before they can accept more.  When TurboTax shows it as Pending, it does means, it has been sent to that electronic mailbox and then it is just waiting for the state to "sort through their mail".

So yes, it has been sent to CO and they have it, but it is in CO's holding area so they do not "know" it has been received.
