How can you retrieve your last year tax refund with turbo tax but you are at the end of your return can you start a new or at the end of form I need info from last year

The IRS has to identify me with my last year refund I don't have it but I did the return with turbo last year and I don't remember password or user name ?

Click on forgot user and password to reset it. To reveiw another year, hit menu,then tax docs,
