Well shoot I’ll just add myself to the conversation. I’ve got the same scenario with my refund. ETA was 2/24 TT sent to bank 2/24 but for some reason my account number was missing 3 of the last digits. I’ve been using TT for over 5 years and haven’t had any issues until this year. Anyway a paper check was mailed 2/25, and my informed delivery with USPS scanned in a letter or “check” from Intuit on 3/1. Never got the check delivered! I believe it was stolen because when I’ve called into TT several times I’m being told it was voided. And no one can tell me why. Interesting thing happened today, I’ve been calling almost everyday but when I called Intuit today I was transferred to escalation rep who added my name to “the list” of folks who are having the same issue. I thought it was odd after calling over 15x that this is the first time I’m hearing of a list. I’ve also been calling Cross River Bank. I will continue to call everyday until this is fixed. Anyway, I’m told I can expect a callback within 72 hours and I can decide with the rep if I want to have my funds direct deposited again or another check issued. I for sure won’t be requesting a check when they call. If I don’t get a callback within 72 hours I’m using my case number as a reference and going up the corporate ladder until I get my money. They have lost a customer in the future. I’ll update yall on whether my issue is resolved. Praying for us all..
