If I had a chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged in 2019 am I eligible to get a refund for my 2019 wages

    A tax refund depends on your income, taxes withheld or estimated tax paid and any credits or adjustments you are eligible to receive.

    If you are referring to whether or not you can keep your 2019 income tax refund, you must consult with your bankruptcy attorney and Trustee.
