Change card pin

I can not set up or change my turbo tax card pin. There are no options to talk to a live rep. Literally a circle from card to app if I follow the prompts.

Did you already Activate your card before trying to set up the pin? You would have to set up and change your pin on the app. If it is not working you would have to contact Turbo Debit Card Customer Service. Click the link, it may be a different phone number than the number on your card.

@Millsnc23 If you forgot your PIN or would like to change it, you can make the change by logging in to the Turbo Card App. If you don't have the app, you can download the Turbo Card mobile app for free from the App Store or Google Play. For further assistance with your Turbo Visa Debit Card account, please contact customer service. The correct number is listed on the Turbo Visa Debit Card Contact Us page.
