I did my taxes but before printing my city tax so I can mail it. I found a mistake in my residency. I lived in 2 different city in the same state but both require taxes. How should I amend it?

First of all, if you successfully e-filed, or mailed your tax return, you should wait until it has been processed by the IRS. If you are expecting a refund, that means waiting until you have received your refund. Once your return has been processed, then you can amend your returns. I have not filled it yet, TurboTax asked me to mail it. I just have the PDF from TurboTax with error that need fixing. I have until April 30th, so I wanted to edit the CF-1040 form generated by TurboTax?.
