Cannot print

Completed my 2023 tax return. Trying to print my return but when I click on print, it just spins and doesn't connect to my printer. I have no problem printing from my laptop for other documents.  I have to force quit Turbotax in order to get out of it.

Are you using online or the CD/download?   If you are using online, you cannot print until you have paid your fees.

It is downloaded on my laptop.  I have filed my returns but I wasn't able to print when I got to the screen that says print and archieve.  I wouldn't connect to my printer but I was able to print other documents from my laptop to my printer.  So I went to another page and was able to print to PDF which is what I wanted to do anyway.  After doing that I finally was able to actually print pages from the print and archive page.  Not sure why it would not print originally.

Yes Same issue won’t print return or save to PDF taxes have been filed and bought downloaded version

See this link for instructions on how to save a pdf copy of your tax return.  Once you have saved your pdf copy, you should be able to print your tax return out.

Won’t do PDF either contacted Turbotax the tech did a little digging and ended up finding out there is some update that’s coming out around the 20th. That’s going the correct that issue don’t know why they can’t just post that on their website

I'm having the same issue - cant print or save pdf either.  Do you know if this issue been resolved yet?  Is anyone able to print or save pdf yet?

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, then re-open your return.

In the left-side menu, click on Tax Tools > Tools > Print Center.  A separate window should open and load a PDF (sometimes takes a bit), which you can save to your computer, then print directly from that file.

Or, in the FILE section, while proceeding to Efile, you'll get a link to View/Print/Save your returns.  The same thing should happen, a window opens and loads the PDF file.

You may want to make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
