Cannot print

Completed my 2023 tax return. Trying to print my return but when I click on print, it just spins and doesn't connect to my printer. I have no problem printing from my laptop for other documents. I have to force quit Turbotax in order to get out of it.

Are you using online or the CD/download? If you are using online, you cannot print until you have paid your fees.

It is downloaded on my laptop. I have filed my returns but I wasn't able to print when I got to the screen that says print and archieve. I wouldn't connect to my printer but I was able to print other documents from my laptop to my printer. So I went to another page and was able to print to PDF which is what I wanted to do anyway. After doing that I finally was able to actually print pages from the print and archive page. Not sure why it would not print originally.
