I have a refund check deposited on May 11, 2022! I cannot get anyone to help me answer how to get my refund from 2021. The IRS said he was cashed and mailed to CIVISTA BANK (very rude customer service). They told me I have to call TPG (impossible task to reach them in any form). The IRS cannot help me because the check was cashed! I need help!! I am a teacher and I need this money. Who can help me? A lawyer, media, senator! I am willing to do what it takes to expose this run around brought on by TurboTax!

Sorry but you choose to have the TT fees paid from your refund and agreed to use the third party processing bank to do so ... the IRS, this forum or TT cannot help you with this issue.
