If you already e-filed your return, you cannot cancel it or get it  back.  If your return gets rejected, then you can decide not to re-e-file your return.  If your return gets accepted, then you would have to amend your return if you need to make any changes.

    @Missgriff2020  see the post just above yours, you cannot cancel a transmitted return.
