Can you tell me why I am not getting a refund when I did not even put in any information from my w2's ?

There could be several reasons, but the most likely is that, since you haven't input your W-2s, the program doesn't see any federal income tax withholding, and because W-2 income isn't recorded yet, it most likely won't generate any credits to which you might be entitled.
