It's not completely clear what you mean by taxes being released, so I'll comment on what I think you're asking.

Are you asking if the IRS plans to send a Federal tax refund by direct deposit to your bank account (or card) today?   No one in this user community forum can know that.   Only the IRS would know what it's doing.   What do you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" site when you look up your refund?

If you're referring to a date that was provided in TurboTax, be aware that's only a 21-day estimate.  Some returns require more processing by the IRS and take longer.  For any projected deposit date go by the IRS tool at the link above.   Also be aware that even when your refund has been sent, the IRS also says it can take up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures and times.
