No one else can see your tax return or any of your information.  You have to look at your information for yourself.   If you are getting a federal refund it will be shown on line 35a of your Form 1040; if you owe federal tax it will be shown on line 37.   It cannot be both.   And your online account will tell you the amounts of your refund or amounts due to the IRS or state.
