Was your Federal (and/or State) return accepted? If your return has been accepted, then only the IRS (and State) would know why your refund is delayed. TurboTax does not get any additional information regarding the processing of your return/refund once your return has been accepted.

You can check the status of your Federal refund on the IRS website, Where's My Refund.
