No one has access to your account or to your tax return.  If you need to change your address you have to do that for yourself.  Did you already e-file?   If you filed your tax return with the wrong address you can send in a change of address to the IRS.

If you are still preparing your return and need to fix your address go to My Info and edit your mailing address.
