If you select to file by mail, have taxes owed and are going to pay the taxes owed with the mailed tax return, the IRS Form 1040-V Payment Voucher will be included when you print the tax return for mailing.

Or you select to e-file, have taxes owed and select to pay the taxes owed by mail the Form 1040-V will be available for printing.

The 1040 V  voucher is to pay a tax due.  Or you can pay the IRS directly online at

if you prefer to mail in payment you are going to have to wait until the 1040-V for 2022 is finalized. then it will take Turbotax a few days to update their app. you can go to IRS website to download the form. I'm not providing a link at this time since that is for the 2021 form. using it would cause nothing but problems
